Try a taste of the Alaskan wilderness with our award winning Alaskan made wines! We received the first of many medals for our Salmonberry wine in the 1999 Indy International Wine Competition, Amateur Class, before we became a licensed winery. The Indy is one of the largest fruit wine competitions in the United States! We found it to be an auspicious start for the winery. Many more medals have followed since our official opening on January 1, 2000, but each is as exciting as the first.

We currently produce seven different wines: Blueberry, Salmonberry, Raspberry, Black Currant, Gooseberry, Wild Rose and Wild Fireweed meads. Our wines are locally produced in small batches from hand-picked Alaskan berries and wildflowers. We do not use mixes or grape concentrates so your taste buds will enjoy the true flavor of Alaska! Great care is taken producing these small batches of wine on our island home of Kodiak. The winery is open by appointment for complimentary wine tasting! We accept cash, checks and credit cards through PayPal.
