A fruity, semi-dry wine. All of our salmonberries are handpicked here on Kodiak Island. French oak aging adds a subtle complexity. The wine has a fruity bouquet, medium body and a buttery vanilla finish. What is a salmonberry? They are very similar to raspberries only larger, more translucent in appearance and milder in flavor. Salmonberries are indigenous to Alaska and some western coastal states.

A fabulously fruity sparkling wine! Not too sweet and not too dry. Perfect for all those special occasions. Hand picked in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley in Alaska. The long sunny summer days give this Knik Red rhubarb an exceptional flavor. A must try!

A honey mead wine flavored with rose petals picked locally on Kodiak Island, Alaska. Very similar to a grape varietal Muscat, this wine has a rose bouquet with a honey finish. A great dessert wine but a must try with crab artichoke dip or spicy cajun seafood! Excellent chilled or warmed.

A honey mead wine flavored with fireweed petals picked locally by our family members on Kodiak Island, Alaska. This light bodied wine has a slightly spicy bouquet with a honey finish.
